Issue Summary
Disabling the "Autowatch" option doesn't deactivate the auto watching when adding inline comments on pages.
Steps to Reproduce
- Disable the Autowatch option from email settings
- Highlight the text on the unwatched page
- Select the add comment button that appears above the highlighted text
- Enter your comment and select Save (Ctrl+S or ⌘+S)
Expected Results
The page should remain unwatched.
Actual Results
The page becomes watched.
