Issue Summary

Disabling the "Autowatch" option doesn't deactivate the auto watching when adding inline comments on pages.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Disable the Autowatch option from email settings
2. Highlight the text on the unwatched page
3. Select the add comment button that appears above the highlighted text
4. Enter your comment and select Save (Ctrl+S or ⌘+S)

Expected Results

The page should remain unwatched.

Actual Results

The page becomes watched.
