Issue Summary
We have recently announced Public Links for Confluence Cloud, which gives you the ability to generate a view-only link of a page, to be shared with unlicensed users. We are still gradually rolling out this functionality to our existing Cloud Instances.
We are also rolling out a new Global Permissions UI, with improved functionalities.
However, on Instances in which the new Global Permissions UI is enabled, but Public Links isn't available, Anonymous access won't be visible on the Global Permissions.
Steps to Reproduce
- Make sure the Instance you are testing doesn't have Public Links, and the new Global Permissions UX is enabled.
- Access the Global Permissions menu (/wiki/admin/permissions/global)
Expected Results
Anonymous access tab should be available, as the Instance doesn't have Public Links, so it can't be enabled.
Actual Results
Anonymous access tab is not available.
Workaround
You can access the old Global Permissions menu to manage Anon access (/wiki/admin/permissions/globalpermissions.action)
