New editor Tables inside a macro have a horizontal bar if the page is on full width

Issue Summary

In the new editor, if you're using a macro such a page properties, that has a table inside it, if you set your page editor to full width, the table inside the macro automatically adds a horizontal bar to it.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new page
2. Insert a page properties macro and make sure to have a table on it
3. Set the page to "Full width" mode by clicking on the Wide arrows
4. Publish the page

Expected Results

No scrollbar should be shown

Actual Results

There's a scrollbar, independent if the table has contents on it or not.

Workaround

Setting the width of the page to "fixed width" and the scroll bar should disappear.
