Issue Summary
Attachments are not loading when JSD customers tried to access pages directly in Confluence. However, the attachments are loading fine when the JSD customers accessed the page through the JSD portal.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a JSD Project
- Add a customer (with Atlassian Account) to the JSD project
- Create a Confluence space
- Create a Confluence page and add some attachments on the page
- Link the JSD Project to the Confluence space
- Allow "Everyone with access to your service desk can read articles without a Confluence license. This option is best if you want to share knowledgebase articles with your customers."
- Ask the customer to access the page directly in Confluence
Expected Results
- The attachments should be loading properly when JSD customers tried to access linked Confluence pages.
Actual Results
* The attachments are not loading when JSD customers tried to access linked Confluence pages.
