Code Macro Administration Settings Are Not Applied to New Editor Code Block

Issue Summary

The Code Macro Administration settings do not appear to be applied to the Code Block in the New Confluence Editor

Environment

Confluence Cloud using the New Editor

Steps to Reproduce

1. Update the Code Macro Administration Settings (Confluence Administration > Configure Code Macro - direct link: https://instance.atlassian.net/wiki/admin/plugins/newcode/configure.action) and change the Theme and Language
2. Create a New Confluence Page using the New Editor and insert a Code Block

Expected Results

Code block is themed based on the Code Macro Administration Settings

Actual Results

No theming is applied and no Language Syntax is rendered (unless one was manually selected while in edit)

Notes

The Code macro Administration Settings only appears to be applied to Code Blocks in the Old Confluence Editor

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
