Changing Code Macro Administration doesn't work

Summary

Changing the theme and language for Code Macro Administration from instance admin doesn't work

Environment

• Confluence cloud
• Code Macro Administration

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to your instance's admin page
2. Click configure code macro option and change default theme and language to other options.

Expected Results

The code block macro should populate those languages.

Actual Results

It doesn't populate

Notes

While saving changes gives two notifications 1. Error and 2. Changes saved
