Make admins able to see a list of all personal spaces

    Description

      Problem Definition

      As of today, administrators are able to see the list of all created spaces in the instance and recover permissions for them if necessary. However, the same does not apply to Personal Spaces.  

      Suggested Solution

      Make an administrator able to view a list of all Spaces, including restricted personal spaces.
