Problem Definition

Currently, site admins are restricted from administering the personal spaces. Though site admin could login as the users to delete the personal spaces but users will recieve an email that their admin has logged in under their account.

Workaround

Go to User Management
Look for the user and click on the name once you found it
Choose Login as user from the top-right corner
Go to the personal space and perform the deletion

Another workaround below is applicable when you cannot Login as user: snippet.js.
