Summary

When a page tree is moved to another space, some of the links between pages are broken

Environment

• Confluence Cloud

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create some pages. I.e. following the page tree below:

   Parent page
   ├─ Child page 1
   ├─ Child page 2
   │  └─ Child page 3
   └─ Child page 4

1. Copy the links to all 4 child pages and insert them into the Parent page;
2. Move the parent page to a different space

Expected Results

The links should change to point to their new location

Actual Results

In my first test, 2 of 3 links were broken,

in a second test, all of the links were broken:

to
https://INSTANCE.atlassian.net/wiki/pages/createpage.action?spaceKey=TS&title=Child+page+1

Workaround

first Workaround

• Edit the copied page and correct the links.

Second Workaround

1. Create a copy of the page in the SAME space
2. Use the in-page operation (*** ->  Move)to "Move" the page to the desired Space
