Steps to Reproduce
- Access a page
- Click on •••
- Export to PDF
Expected Results
The page should be exported
Actual Results
The export fails immediately, with 0% and the error
There was an error in the export. Please check your log files.
Workaround
- Access the page with Chrome
- Click on ••• and select "View source"
- Export to PDF using the browser shortcut (Ctrl+P or command+P)

Hi everyone,
Thank you for providing your feedback on this ticket and watching it for updates. The description of this issue describes a symptom for which there could be a number of root causes.
We've done some investigation over the past few months and believe we've addressed some of these - as a result, we've seen a decrease in the number of reports we've had for this issue.
I'm resolving this ticket as "Answered" rather than "Done" because it is possible for to run into the same symptoms in future - if that happens, please raise a support ticket with us so that we can investigate and assist further.
