Summary

When editing a Confluence page and bullets are used, the bullets cannot be indented more that one level more than the parent. This causes a limitation on the page format for users.

Suggested steps to reproduce

1. Create a Confluence page
2. add a bullet and type some text
3. add another bullet and type some text
4. Click the indent (to the right) button on the editor (the bullet should now be indented one level below the parent).
5. Click the indent button again but nothing happens

Suggested behavior

The bullet should be indented to as many levels as the user would prefer.

Current behaviour

Nothing happens when attempting to indent more than one level.

Workaround

Edit or format the content in an editor like Microsoft word and then copy the content to the Confluence page.
