    Description

      Summary

      Bullet and number lists cannot be indented more than one level beyond the parent in the new editor. Only sequential indents are allowed. Indenting more than once was possible in the previous version of the editor. This causes a limitaitons on the page format for users.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. In a Confluence page, add a bullet list
      2. Select the whole bullet list or an individual element
      3. Click on the Indent button on the top-bar of the editor
      1. Create a Confluence page
      2. add a bullet (or numbered item) and type some text
      3. add another bullet (or numbered item) and type some text
      4. Click the indent (to the right) button on the editor (the bullet should now be indented one level below the parent).
      5. Click the indent button again but nothing happens

      Expected Results

      • The list will be indented:

      Actual Results

      • No changes are seen in the editor and the bullet list remains on the left margin of the page.

      Workaround

      • Only use sequential indents on page content
      • Use the Align buttons to align the lists to the center or to the right margin of the editor page.
