When creating a new Meeting notes in a Space, it doesn't create the index page

Environment

Confluence Cloud

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new space
2. Create a new Meeting notes
3. Save the Meeting notes

Expected Results

An index page with all meeting notes should be created

Actual Results

The index page is never created

Workaround

The current workaround is to manually create the index page:

1. Create a blank page;
2. Add the "Content by Label" macro;
3. Configure it with the meeting-notes label and add a filter to the current space;
4. Publish the page with the title "Meeting notes".
