Meeting Notes Parent Page Not Created in New Space

Summary

Customers who have the New Editor for Meeting Notes are not having the Parent "Meeting Notes" page created when they create a New Meeting Note in a Brand New Blank Space

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a New Confluence Space using the "Blank" Template
2. Create and Publish a New Meeting Notes page

Expected Results

2 Pages are Created, the Parent Meeting Notes page (used to group Meeting Notes) and the Dated Meeting Notes page

Actual Results

Only the Dated Meeting Notes page

Notes

Parent Meetings Notes page is created when using the "Software" Template

Workaround

Manually re-create the Parent Meeting Notes Page; the contents include:

An existing Parent Meeting Notes Page could be copied and moved, however the Macros will need to be updated to reflect the correct Space Information
