New Meeting Notes Template does not create the index anymore.

Summary

Creating Meeting Notes pages from the template no longer create the index page since rollout of the new editor.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Click on the 'plus' button to create a new page and select the Meeting Notes template.

Expected Results

An index page is also created.

Actual Results

No index page is created.

Workaround

There is no workaround at the moment. If the index page is created manually, it also won't display the pages.
