[Backend] Unknown User (User Key) on Confluence personal space after deleting/recreating user account

      Summary

      Whenever a user is deleted and recreated later, the space name is not updated again to reflect the user and shows Unknown User (User Key) instead

      Environment

      Confluence Cloud

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a personal space and a few pages within the space
      2. Delete the user account that created the space and pages
      3. Recreate user with same e-mail address
      4. View personal space again

      Expected Results

      Personal space title shows full name
      No 'Unknown User' showing

      Actual Results

      Personal space title shows (Unknown User)
      Pages do show the user's name properly though

            Users should be able to edit their personal space names now (temporary fix until we come up with the long term fix)
