Users with add/delete page restrictions space permission cannot change page restrictions without also having the add page space permission

      Summary

      Users with "add/delete page restrictions" space permission cannot change the restrictions on a page in the space without also having the "add page" space permission.

      Steps to Reproduce

      • Create a test user and ensure that the user has permissions like this:
        === Bab Permissions ===

        ===
      • With the test user, try to change the restrictions in any page.

      Expected Results

      The user is able to set the restrictions in the page.

      Actual Results

      The user is given a warning and is unable to edit the page restrictions:

      Workaround

      The only known workaround is to ensure the user has the "add page" permission.
