Steps to reproduce

Create a page with three stacked full-width layouts
First first and last layout with lots of text to fill the viewport
Into the second layout, paste some text

Expected

Your viewport doesn't move

Actual

Your viewport scrolls and your pasted text is above your viewport and not visible.
