Summary
JIRA Issues macros don't load.
Links to JIRA issues show "Data cannot be retrieved due to an unexpected error."

Steps to Reproduce
On affected instance
- Search for pages containing JIRA macros using: macroName: jira*
- Navigate to the page.
Error message

Workaround
The issue is usually due to a broken Application Link. Please contact Atlassian Support (by logging a support request in support.atlassian.com) to have the application links reset.
