Confluence-Only Users Unable to Use JIRA Application Switcher

      Summary

      Due to the following Bug (CONFCLOUD-55961), Confluence-Only Users are not re-directly directly to Confluence and instead land on the JIRA System Dashboard.

      Once on this page, these Confluence-Only Users are unable to use the Application Navigator to manually switch to Confluence

      Environment

      • Cloud
      • Chrome Version 59.0.3071.115 (Official Build) (64-bit)
      • Firefox 54.0 (64-bit) / 54.0.1 (64-bit)
      • Safari Version 10.1.1 (12603.2.4)

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. As a Confluence-Only user, log into an Atlassian Cloud Instance which has JIRA and Confluence
      2. Use the Application Switcher to move from JIRA to Confluence

      Expected Results

      Application Switcher/Navigator drops down and presents an option for Confluence

      Actual Results

      HTTP 500 Error within Browser Console:

      This does not appear to affect users who are licensed for both JIRA and Confluence

      Workaround

      Manually navigate to Confluence by modifying the URL: https://<INSTANCE>.atlassian.net/wiki/
