Sufficiently large backup in OnDemand don't display the "Long running task" page before hitting Nginx's 60-second timeout

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Spin up a Confluence-only OnDemand instance.
      2. Use the OnDemand-specific "Import Site" option to import a large backup (the one I've been trying to import is 14GB, almost all of it attachments).
      3. Confluence takes so long to even start displaying the long-running task page that you hit the Nginx 60-second timeout in OnDemand and the import doesn't actually proceed.

      Confluence should immediately display the long-running task page so we avoid this issue entirely.

      Examples

      A long-running task such as Confluence space export (especially the page tree from the custom export option) will get the following errors returned.
