The Attachments macro can be configured to filter the list of attachments by labels. When this is configured, uploading attachments by clicking the "browse for files" macro will apply those labels to the uploaded attachments. This is a vital feature for the way I have designed our page layout.
However, the labels don't get added when using the drag and drop target in the macro. Presumably this would be desired as behaviour would be consistent within the macro regardless of upload mechanism. The current behaviour is very confusing to new users and would require education.
I assume the drag and drop target of the whole page is on top of the drag and drop target of the macro and is overriding it.
