I believe that I may have stumbled upon a defect with the Attachments Control on a confluence page.

When I drag-and-drop a file onto an Attachments control embedded on a confluence page the file does not show up in the list but instead shows up under Tools>Attachments. This is not the desired behavior.

When I use the Browse for Files option from the Attachments control embedded within a confluence page the file does show in the control and does not show under Tools>Attachments.
