Attachments macro doesn't add labels to uploaded attachments when dragged and dropped

Issue Summary

The Attachments macro can be configured to filter the list of attachments by labels. When this is configured, uploading attachments by clicking the "browse for files" macro will apply those labels to the uploaded attachments.

However, the labels don't get added when using the drag-and-drop target in the macro.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Step: Create a page and add an attachments macro with the filter label.
2. Step: Now drag and drop an attachment.

Expected Results

The label is expected to be added to the attachment.

Actual Results

The label is not added to the attachment using drag-and-drop but when we try to "browse for files" and upload, it adds the label.

Workaround

If files are uploaded using drag-and-drop, then go to the page > More > Attachments, click and add the label for the desired attachment.
