User seeing the following error when creating confluence backup.

Export error
Failed to upload application/zip file to filestore. Failure: Failure
{cause=null, reason=BAD_STATUS, message='', httpStatusCode=413}

Environment

• Confluence Cloud

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a backup or a large Confluence site

Expected Results

The backup completes and a file link to download is displayed on screen.

Actual Results

The backup completes but the file fails to be uploaded to a location where it can be downloaded from

Notes

The bahaviour is similar to the fixed bug CONF-45041 but the cause is now error 413 instead of 500

Workaround

Creating a backup without attachments may work as the file is significantly smaller.
