Ability to hide/disable calendar event types

      Related to TEAMCAL-1643, this issue is to track the ability to turn-off event types for a calendar.

      Existing behaviour: At the moment if you delete all events of a particular type, it still appears in the calendar event type list.

      This issue is to track the removal of that. This would also include removing the actual events (if there are any), so we may need a confirmation prompt if there is events in that stream. A user can export them if they want a backup.

      Interested to hear customer comments on this ticket - why do they want to disable specific types of events? What would they disable now?
