Improve copy and paste from Microsoft Word into Confluence WYSIWYG editor

      Pasting from word reveals a number of problems:

      • when data is passed via Ajax to switch between markup and rich text views, the StringUtils.escapeCP1252 method is not applied.
      • extra  s,
      • extra macros
      • list elements each become a paragraph (I don't think there's enough information in the HTML to fix this)

      These problems were observed pasting from the Word viewer – should check using the real thing too.
