As an administrator, I would like to be able to set the default personal space permissions to include our group of administrators and restrict what other users can do (such as blogging) so that when a user creates a personal space it automatically has this permissions structure. Most of our users do not understand the structure of permissions and spaces and have accidentally added a blogpost to another user's personal space because those permissions are default.
