Profile Details Are Not Saved

      Summary

      When updating the profile information, the details are not saved.

      Environment

      • Confluence Cloud 1000.304.0
      • SSO is enabled

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Go to Profile
      2. Edit Profile
      3. Save

      Expected Result

      The fields should be updated.

      Actual Result

      The page refreshed after "Save" button is clicked, then all data on the fields go blank. When view the profile again, the fields are not updated.

      Note

      1. This only happens for Confluence Cloud with SSO enabled.

      Workaround

      Disable the Single Sign-on option within User Management
