Adding a billing contact with upper case letters in the email id may throw an error

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to https://admin.atlassian.com/billing as Billing contact/admin
2. Try to add a new user in the format John.George@test.com( here J and G are in upper case letters).
3. You will get an error that "We couldnt add your business contact".

Expected Results

The Billing contact/admin field should accept email id with upper case letters. Else it should prompt to remove the upper case.

Actual Results

Adding a billing contact with uppercase letters in the email ID will currently throw an error. This has been observed in some instances.

Workaround

The email id can be added without upper case letters and it will go through.
