Issue Summary
Adding a billing contact with upper case letters in the email id may throw an error
Steps to Reproduce
- Login to https://admin.atlassian.com/billing as Billing contact/admin
- Try to add a new user in the format John.George@test.com( here J and G are in upper case letters).
- You will get an error that "We couldnt add your business contact".
Expected Results
The Billing contact/admin field should accept email id with upper case letters. Else it should prompt to remove the upper case.
Actual Results
Adding a billing contact with uppercase letters in the email ID will currently throw an error. This has been observed in some instances.
Workaround
**
The email id can be added without upper case letters and it will go through.
