Issue Summary

When creating request with attachments, uploaded attachments disappear if clicking enter in some fields.
Currently, I tested it happens for below fields:

• Summary
• Select field
• Custom text filed(single)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add attachment field for a request type. (or add form field includeing attachment field)
2. Login portal and open creating a request for above type.
3. Upload an attachment
4. Move mouse the to summary or text field
5. Click Enter from keyboard

Expected Results

Uploaded attachment will keep

Actual Results

Uploaded attachment disappeared

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
