Issue Summary

Can't change name, description etc of a request type from a Team-Managed project that was migrated via C2C.

Steps to Reproduce

• Create a fresh JSM TMP project on an existing instance.
• Cloud to Cloud migrate it to another instance.
• On the migrated project, try to change the (name, description etc) and hit “save changes”
• Refresh the page.

Expected Results

After the refresh we should see the new values we entered.

Actual Results

The saves are not persisted properly and we see in UI the previous value.

Workaround

The reason why this "fails" is due to entries migrated to the Language support tables.

To fix that, simply add a new language support such as "Chinese"(or any other) and this will force Jira to update your default language.

1. Project Settings > Language support
2. Add languages > Pick any language
   

The new language doesn't need to be available for customers.
