In Q1 Calendar year 2022 Atlassian will begin offering HIPAA compliance, including signing BAAs for the Enterprise plans of Jira Software and Confluence .  This ticket is intended to track interest in HIPAA compliance (and signed BAAs from Atlassian) for customers for whom the Enterprise plan is not a viable option.
