Problem Definition
Jira Cloud to Cloud Migration tool only supports migrating Jira Software or Jira Core projects, not Jira Service Management projects (formerly Jira Service Desk)
Suggested Solution
The Migration tool on the Cloud should support the migration of Jira Service Management projects as well
Workaround
Please use site export and site import feature in order to import Jira Service Desk projects to a cloud site.
