      I just learned that as a standard user we have a limit on how much storage can be used by our attachments, etc.

      As a customer, it is crucial that I can view the amount of storage that we have used so I can budget, or see the impact we have.

      As a customer I need to be able to gather a report, by myself about where the storage is being used (i.e. Jira numbers 123, 349 and 223 have 250MB). This then allows me to make a conscious decision about whether to delete the attachments, depending upon how old the Jira is, etc.)
