As an admin I'd like a notification when the system is attempting to send email to blocked accounts. I understand that blocking is necessary and needed. But right now there is no indication that an account has been blocked. The owner needs to recognize the lack of email and trigger an inquiry.
We use Office365 for email; 7 (out of 90) accounts were blocked due to email being bounced. I don't know if this was a single root cause or if Office365 is not reliable. But the affected individuals were not heavy users and did not pick up on the lack of emails for days or weeks. This effectively breaks the trust we have with the user base.
