Import and export operations are resulting in error and also Backups Not generated.

Issue Summary

Import/export operations are severely compromised due to an internal error, for both Jira and Confluence Cloud. Backups are also not generated.

Environment

• Jira Cloud
• Confluence Cloud

Steps to Reproduce

1. Try to generate a backup in both Jira and Confluence
2. Try to import a site backup in Jira or a Space in Confluence

Expected Results

Import or export would be generated
Backup would be generated.

Actual Results

An error gets displayed

Internal error: Unable to create zip file
