      Summary

      Space imports are failing with:

       "Cannot start import, looks like another one is already running. Please try again in a few minutes"

      Environment

      Confluence Cloud

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Export an individual space .xml export
      2. Import the space in a new cloud site

      Expected Results

      Space imports should be completed as expected.

      Actual Results

      Space imports are failing with error:

       "Cannot start import, looks like another one is already running. Please try again in a few minutes"

      The below exception is thrown in the log file:

       message: Attempt to re-run a Space Import while lock is still held by other thread.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
