Allow the ability to redirect a custom URL to Atlassian Cloud

[CLOUD-10881] Ability to redirect company URL to Atlassian Cloud

It would be nice to have a setting for each Data Center project to provide a re-direct to the Cloud site.  We are in the middle of a migration, so most of the projects have been migrated, but about 20 remain.  We can't do a typical redirect without impacting the remaining sites.

When a customer selects a particular option from the dropdown, based on the selected option I would like the customer to be redirected to the correct portal request type for that category selected and raise a ticket accordingly.

This feature would cut down on agent processing time and increase user satisfaction at our origination as agent are not taking time closing non relevant tickets to a project and users are not having to reenter tickets over and over again with out getting the proper help.

I guess this will be relevant but would mean to keep your on-prem instance up and running just for the sake of performing the redirect. Although it may be a nice feature for the short time after migration, this shouldn't be the place for a long term solution. You would basically be using the old server version as a web-server for the redirects.

This would be a good feature as we are planning on migrating many more instances to Confluence/Jira Cloud.

Hi! We have a lot of links in OneNote. And as there is no way to change these links in OneNote after migration It would be very useful if we could just redirect our Server application to Cloud.
