Stash project permissions on project creation

    Description

      It would be nice to have group permissions automatically set on a project on creation - for example configure Stash to add, by default, specific group(s) to projects when they are created.

      Currently after creating the project the user then needs to go into the project settings and add the groups that will be able to access the project manually.
