There should be a method to automatically set group permissions on new projects and repositories.

Consider the following use case:

I want to have a group for "developers" that can read/write all projects in Bitbucket Server. When a developer creates a new project, it should automatically have the developers group set with read/write. This way, I would be able to add external users later (clients) that aren't in the developers group and grant project permissions on an individual basis.

Supposing that I have hundreds of projects, each one with dozens of repositories, having to manually grant permissions would be less than ideal long-term.
