Pull Request race condition between push and attributed activity author

      Should have been attributed to me, but was attributed to the person who had pushed just before.

      This can't be fixed in 1.3 as we need commit hooks. We need to document this thoroughly however.

      todo: link commit hooks issue as a blocker of this
