Raising BAM as per suggestion by Marcin.

Cleanup after dep. environment removal doesn't scale well with number of environments in the database

No performance impact.

Actual Results

Significant performance degradation (in customer's case Full GC).

Workaround

Currently we have requested customer to increase the Heap Memory and observe for few days.
