Artifacts sharing does not work with using S3 and Remote handler

Plan A
Artifact Handlers: Bamboo remote handler
Plan B
Artifact Handlers: Amazon S3

Plan B uses Plan A artifacts for a build.
But like a this case both plans do not use same location, the build task fails.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set Plan A Artifact Handlers to Bamboo remote handler
2. Set Plan B Artifact Handlers to Amazon S3
3. Perform build

Expected Results

Succeeded the build.

Actual Results

Fail the build.
