We use Bamboo cloud and local Bamboo agents (version 5.12.0-D20160518T090318)

We have 2 stages in a plan:

      1. Create artifact from source
      2. Run tests

This works fine using Atlassian Cloud storage for the generated artifacts.
When enabling S3 storage, the executable bits are not stored (I both downloaded artifact from S3 and did not see the permission bits, and logged in on the bamboo agent to check the (the lack of) executable bits)

I noticed https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/BAM-13507 and saw it is fixed, but it (still) does not work for us. Is this a (known) regression?
