Be able to assign branches on multiple repositories

      When I have multiple repositories, I should be able to assign branches as needed.

      On "Plan Configutaion/Repositories", I have Repo1(default) and Repo2.
      Both of them are pointing to develop branch from Stash (git).

      On "Branches" I have master. When I click on the master link and go to "Source repository" tab, it only shows Repo1. Therefore, I cannot choose branch for Repo2.
