      if i have 2 jobs, A takes 30 minutes, B takes 15 minutes. if B fails due to flake, it sends me an IM immediately. I cant do anything about it for another 15 minutes (waiting for A). it would be nice to be able to restart it right now. the overall build would then take 30 minutes rather than 45 minutes. its a bit of a special case, i guess, but it would definitely be good in those special cases.
