Allow failed jobs to be restarted without waiting for every job to finish.

    Description

      I have a Plan with 6 Jobs.  
      If any of the jobs fail, then I have to wait for the other jobs to complete before I can re-run the failed jobs.
      This means I have to sit and wait for the longest job to complete, just so I can click the 'rerun failed jobs' button.

      It would be nice if I could restart any failed jobs as soon as they fail.
